Job Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee space management and pricing strategy development.

Job Requirements:

  3. Extensive network resources with shipping lines and industry peers.
  4. Strong communication skills, proficient in cross-departmental coordination and team management, with acute market insight.
  5. Meticulous and rigorous work style, high enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, ability to work under team management and demonstrate teamwork spirit.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. receiving instructions and escalate issues to sales teams in a timely manner.
  2. Handle booking arrangements, document preparation, and verify bill of lading (B/L) details with clients, ensuring full adherence to client requirements.
  3. Obtain pre-entry documents from booking agents, track cargo status throughout the entire journey until final delivery at the destination port, and provide real-time updates to both clients and sales teams.
  4. Verify invoices from carriers or partners; enter accounts receivable and payable into the system based on business budgets, send proforma invoices to clients promptly, and assist with payment follow-ups for receivables and payment applications for payables.
  5. Complete other duties assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Logistics Management, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 1 year of freight forwarding operations experience; outstanding fresh graduates with strong foreign language skills are also welcome.
  3. CET-6 or equivalent proficiency in English; proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
  4. Hardworking, able to work under certain pressure, with a meticulous, responsible, and proactive work attitude, as well as strong service awareness.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Track, maintain, and manage assigned nominated cargo
  2. Nurture relationships with nominated cargo clients through regular communication and visits; promptly share insights gained with overseas colleagues to facilitate agent interactions. Assist the OBD team in maintaining agent relationships, follow up on agents’ sales leads, and develop additional self-sourced cargo business from nominated cargo clients.
  3. Proactively maintain relationships with nominated cargo clients through multiple channels and formats to enhance customer satisfaction.
  4. Promote the route’s agent-contracted rates to local peers or direct clients, increasing the added value of agent services.
  5. Identify valid sales leads for agents to follow up on and support agents in new business development.
  6. Conduct online documentation and management for all client handovers, progress tracking, and result feedback.
Job Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, International Economics and Trade, Business English, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 1 year of work experience in overseas customer service within the freight forwarding industry, or 2 years of experience in similar roles in other industries.
  3. Proactive and able to work in a high-intensity environment with aspirations for long-term development in the freight forwarding industry.
  4. Skilled in client relationship management, outgoing personality, enjoys interacting with people, and possesses excellent verbal communication skills. Demonstrates strong teamwork spirit.
